Serviced private office suites are available for rent at the property in a range of sizes and are held on flexible contracts.

The flexible licences act as an agile alternative to rent office space on a leasehold basis as terms start at just three months with a minimal notice period required.

The flexible office licences also allow a business to scale when required and full-floor offices are available for larger teams.

The ready-to-go office rental fee is also all-inclusive so it covers overheads such as utilities, service charges and furniture for added convenience.
