The suite contains 12 tech-enabled meeting spaces that will accommodate between 3 and 18 attendees and be hired by the hour, half-day or full-day.

Office space for rent is available in a range of suite sizes from small offices for teams of 2 up to full-floor offices.

The offices are ready to go and fully furnished however there is also a customization service available for bespoke office fit-outs.

All offices are serviced meaning that the monthly rent is inclusive of many overheads and the tenancy agreements are flexible with just a 3-month minimum term required. This also means that a client can easily upsize their office suite midway through the term.
